ADA Policy

The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve and to check-in to a room.

Check Policy

Personal checks are not accepted for payment.

Connecting Room Policy

Some king-bed suites can connect to each other but are subject to availability. Please request connecting suites in your reservation or at check-in.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of the stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by the bank or financial institution. The hotel is not responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Early Departure Policy

An early departure fee of $75 USD applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date that is confirmed at check-in. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Early Arrival Policy

Standard check-in time is 3 pm. An early check-in may be accommodated but is subject to availability. The hotel can store your luggage until a room becomes available. If you must check in before 3 pm, please include the previous night in your reservation.

Extra Bedding Policy

Rollaway beds are not available or permitted. Cribs are available at no extra charge.

Family Plan Policy

Children who are 17 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult.

Housekeeping Policy

All items in our guest rooms and suites are inventoried before and after each stay. If you are interested in purchasing any of these items, please contact the front desk for pricing. Missing items will be charged to the credit card on file.

ID Requirement

For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.

Late Checkout Policy

Standard checkout time is noon. A late checkout at 1 pm may be complimentary but is subject to availability. A late checkout between 1 PM and 4 PM will incur a fee of $50. A late checkout after 4 PM will incur a charge of a full night’s room rate plus tax, and your checkout date will be changed to the next day.

Occupancy Policy

Guests will incur additional charges per person upon arrival should the number of people in the room not match the number of people that was originally confirmed.

Package Handling Policy

There is a $5 USD package handling fee per day (until your date of arrival) for all incoming and outbound packages. Packages can be accepted up to three days prior to arrival. Valid ID is required and the name on a package must match the name on the reservation.

Pet Policy

Dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed. The pet program offers a special bed, bowl and a bag of treats and toys. All are complimentary to use during the stay. A fee may apply if cleaning or repairs are required after departure. Only one dog allowed per room. Pet fee of $50 per stay.

Credit Card Policy

Credit cards used to guarantee reservations must be valid with sufficient funds for a one night guarantee. The hotel will get authorization for one night once within the 24-hour cancellation window.

Pool Policy

Guests have access to the pool at the nearby Aloft Miami Doral. Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty. For this reason, children are not permitted unless they are accompanied by an adult.

Smoking Policy

All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $500 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. The hotel reserves the right to require a guest to leave if found smoking indoors.

Tax Exempt Policy

If your stay qualifies for a tax exemption, please let us know when making your reservation and present a copy of your exemption certificate at check-in. Tax exemption is automatically applied after 180 consecutive nights of occupying the same suite.
